Hawaii White List Approved By Attorney General's Office

According to Ret Talbot who was invited to attend Thursday night's West Hawaii Fisheries Council (WHFC) meeting on Big Island, the draft administrative rules package which contains the 40-species white list, as well as bag and slot limits for certain aquarium species, has been approved by the Attorney General's office. For those of you following the Hawaii situation, you know this has been a long time in the coming. The next step will be public hearing(s). Stay tuned for more.
